Students pay for a scheduled time slot. Payment is a commitment for the scheduled time. If lessons are not paid for by the first of the month, the assumed scheduled time is not guaranteed.
Payment needs to be made on the first lesson of the month for the entire month. We do not do weekly payments. The payment can vary if it is a 4 or 5 week month.
Due to the volume of students in our schedules, make-up lessons are not generally available. It is similar to taking a college course, you pay the tuition and it is your responsibility to be in class on time. In the event of illness, we will make every attempt to reschedule.
